Frequently asked questions
How do I buy credits?
Visit the Pricing or Checkout page, choose the amount of credits you need (minimum 50), and complete the order. We currently support bank transfer; card, PayPal, and Stripe are coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are generally final once the credits have been used. Unused credit balances may be refunded within 14 days per our Refund Policy.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot password page to reset it. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
