1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Credits
- 1 credit = €0.10 (converted to other currencies at current rates).
- Minimum purchase: 50 credits.
- Credits are consumed when you generate AI plans; cost per service is shown in-app.
- Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
3. Payments
Only bank transfer is currently active. Card, PayPal, and Stripe options are coming soon. Bank details are emailed after checkout. Credits are added to your balance after payment is confirmed.
4. AI-generated content
AI plans are suggestions, not professional advice. Always use your judgment, especially for finance, health, or legal decisions. You own the plans generated for your account and are responsible for how you use them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westford is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
